**We require advanced notice of 24-business hours on all appointment cancellations. If for some reason you cannot make your appointment and need to reschedule, please call us. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-business hours, you will be held responsible for a 50% payment of the treatment and the credit card we have on file will be charged. If you fail to appear to your appointment (no-show) and/or cancel 2 hours or less before your appointment, you will be held responsible for full payment of the treatment and the credit card we have on file will be charged accordingly. 

By booking and providing your credit card information, you give permission for your credit card information to be kept on file.

Late cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by any insurance company and therefore is required to be paid out of pocket.
 
If you are late for your appointment, we will not be able to extend your appointment time due to back-to-back scheduling. Therefore, if you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time with the full amount due for the session.

​What should I expect at my first massage visit?
​Your initial visit will consist of a full assessment by your massage therapist which may take up to an additional 30 minutes. The assessment will include covering your health history, areas of pain and discomfort, a postural and functional assessment, and discussing treatment goals and expectations.
Every subsequent massage treatment will include up to an additional 15 minute consultation in addition to your full massage treatment in order to continue tracking your progress toward treatment goals.

Will I be naked?
​Your comfort is our highest priority. You may wear whatever you're most comfortable in for a massage. For our Chiropractic treatments, you will remain clothed the entirety of your treatment.

Do I have to buy a membership or package?
​If your treatment is not covered by insurance and you are paying out of pocket, you have the option to save money by purchasing a membership or package but in no means are you required. You can pay for your services on a per-visit basis anytime.
