Initial Massage Treatment
Your initial visit will consist of a full assessment by your therapist which may take up to an additional 20 minutes. The assessment will include covering your health history, areas of pain and discomfort, a postural and functional assessment, possible orthopedic testing, and discussion of treatment goals and expectations.

Every subsequent massage treatment will include up to an additional 15 minute consultation in addition to your full massage treatment in order to continue tracking your progress toward treatment goals.


Late Cancellation & No Show Policy
We require advanced notice of 24-business hours on all appointment cancellations. If for some reason you cannot make your appointment and need to reschedule, please call us at (719) 271-9663 for appointments at our Lake Plaza location and (719) 428-1884 for appointments at our North Academy location. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-business hours, you will be held responsible for a 50% payment of the treatment and the credit card we have on file will be charged. If you fail to appear to your appointment (no-show) and/or cancel 2 hours or less before your appointment, you will be held responsible for full payment of the treatment and the credit card we have on file will be charged accordingly. Late cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by any insurance company and therefore is required to be paid out of pocket.

By booking and providing your credit card information, you give permission for your credit card information to be kept on file.
 
If you are late for your appointment, we will not be able to extend your appointment time due to back-to-back scheduling. Therefore, if you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time with the full amount due for the session.
